Job description
The IAM Access Controls Governance Analyst role is based within the Identity Access Management (IAM) Access Controls Team (ACT), reporting to the Global Head of IAM Access Controls.
The role provides direct assistance and contribution to the IAM organisation through , assuring the most effective access management controls (Recertification; Segregation of Duties; Transfers and Leavers), working closely with all Global lines of business and application teams to enhance and automate key control processes permitting them to meet their objectives within their risk appetite.
Your responsibilities will include:

Undertaking analysis and working with all Teams across IAM ACT, ensuring all applications held within the Global Identity and Access Management system (GiAM) are compliant with applicable controls and where an exception or alternate control occurs, ensuring those applications are tracked and maintained accordingly.

Serving as a global point of contact for the coordination of all IAM ACT audit related requests – both internal and external, providing evidence across all controls where applicable, working to agreed SLAs.
·
Timely checking, monitoring and control of audit issues/risks raised for IAM ACT team, tracking issues through to a conclusion through regular updates and meetings.

Developing reports and dashboards to track activities, performance and results across the global team and report and publish MI on the GiAM Controls status to all relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

Providing assistance to other areas of the team when demand dictates with BAU activities.
·
Supporting IAM controls and processes in accordance with regulatory standards, researching, evaluating and identifying IAM enhancement opportunities to ensure continual compliance.

Identifying potential security exposures of the business and recommend corrective action.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:

Experience with Access Management Controls, ideally in a financial environment.
·
Experience working with stakeholders across all levels
·
Experience in dealing with audit requirements is essential.
·
Strong presentation, reporting and written/verbal communication skills are essential.
·
Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills.
·
Ability to work in a diverse global environment with a positive, goal-orientated approach being pro-active and self-sufficient with strong motivation within the context of the role and scope.

A flexible and adaptable approach to change with the ability to provide support to other areas within the wider team.

The base location of this role will be Griffin House, Sheffield.
