Human Resources Officer
Retail Banking and Wealth Management – Distribution Management Department
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 250 branches and service outlets, including over 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.
Should you join Retail Distribution business, you may provide personalised services for our customers. By identifying customer needs and providing financial solutions in response, you will be able to explore new business opportunities and strengthen the total customer relationship. In addition, you may serve our customers through various distribution channels such as branches and e-Banking. You may also participate in the development and enhancement of our value-added products and services which are tailor-made for different customer segments.
We are seeking high caliber professional to join our department as Human Resources Officer.
Principal responsibilities
· Arrange posting job advertisements and update application status in database
· Contact candidates for arranging tests and interviews
· Handle general enquires from internal/external parties
· Prepare full set of employment documents and follow up all logistics arrangements
· Provide general administrative support to the team and perform ad hoc assignments
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· University degree in Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business or other relevant disciplines
· Possesses some related work experience is an advantage
· Customer oriented, detail minded and able to handle multi-tasks with good planning and organizing skills
· Eager to learn with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good team spirit and able to work under pressure
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and English and Chinese typing
· Permanent resident of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
