We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of GTRF Services Associate. Based in our Parramatta office and reporting to the GTRF Services Manager, Sydney, your major function will be to handle the full spectrum of trade finance transactions for a portfolio of customers and to support the growth of the business through high standards of customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include:
· Liaising with customers on trade documentation including advising on technical matters as required.
· Preparing all types of trade transactions including issuing and drawing letters of credit, handling import and export collections, advising export credits and reading documents against letters of credit.
· Ensuring all aspects of the Groups Financial Crime Compliance requirements are met.
· Maintaining high standards of customer service.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need:
·  Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a trade processing role involving all product types
·  Strong technical understanding of the application of international rules including UCP600, URC522 and URR725
·  Strong attention to detail.
·  Commitment to providing high standards of customer service
·  An ability to work independently and quickly, with excellent attention to detail.
·  Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal;
·  Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development.
