Location Area: Muscat.
Number of vacancies: 6.
Role Purpose:
Achievement of sales minimum standards in line with the group objectives through acquisition of quality business and good customer service.
· To exceed sales minimum standards, form a broad demographic customer base.
· To remain motivated and committed as a result of regularly changing incentive schemes.
· Being aligned to RBWM Oman strategic objectives
· Keeping abreast of changes in the market & ensuring competitive edge
· Ensure exceptional levels of Customer Service at all time and take ownership in resolving complains.
· Achieve sustained growth in a fluid market where regulation, policies undergo frequent changes.
· Continually update knowledge of the business environment/competitor activity
· Ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained in line with business goals.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
· Candidate should have a Diploma.
· Knowledge in sales and Customer Service
· Excellent interpersonal and empathy skills
· Knowledge and experience in Microsoft.
·
Good communication skills and ability to communicate in Arabic and English.
·
Willingness to do outdoor Sales.
