Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Human Resources team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the Service Management for Delivery Services, UAE ensuring cases are closed on time with no breaches.
• Manage the routing of the onshore cases daily.
• Develop and embed continuous improvement mind set in operations across UAE to increase the customer satisfaction level.
• Review HR OPS Services and ensure alignment to Global KPI targets (NPS, CSLA & CES).
• Work with stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience and minimizing negative impact on customers as and when necessary.
• Manage overall performance and challenges on regular basis based on Global guidance on how to improve the services.
• Weekly/monthly performance call with GSC in HYD to discuss the performance for DS services supporting UAE.
• Regular monthly review cases to ensure aged cases are reviewed and closed as necessary.
• Coordinating and delivering end-to-end regulatory reporting process and requirements on the Tawteen system.
• Continuous monitoring of data input to the system to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance to Central Bank regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end generation of monthly Headcount reports and collection of mandatory data fields from different HR verticals.
• Manage the cross checking between the two systems report to ensure all data are captured and up to date.
• Supports the ongoing Governance process related to the real time update of New Joiners, leavers and any other work or personal data change on the Tawteen system.
• Highlight any system defects and work with the relevant teams on the fix.
• Act as the change and implementation lead for the UAE Operations.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three year proven operational and/or administrative experience within a business environment, or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, high stress environment.
• Good analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
