Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an HR Consultant (8-month fixed term contract) .
As an HR Consultant you will support the successful delivery of Transformation from an HR perspective to deliver the business strategy set out in strategic people plans. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and specialists to help plan pragmatic solutions to solve business problems, by leveraging internal and external expertise to deliver solutions that have measurable impact for our business either globally or within country adding commercial value through HR projects.
Principal Responsibilities
The HR Consultant will be able to effectively lead, communicate and demonstrate how HR projects and activities:
· Connect the people priorities and the business goals
· Work in Organisational design and Transformation programmes
· Explain and demonstrate understanding of capabilities and interdependencies of leadership, talent, culture and organisation to enable the business strategy through HR initiatives within their area of responsibility
· Lead and drive HR Transformation projects and initiatives to support delivery of business outcomes outlined in strategic people plans
· Lead the data analytics in the team to create insights
· Role-models behaviours for the function and business. Champions HR delivery model, collaborating between HR Consultant and Centres of Expertise ("COEs") and HRBPs
· Lead change implementation plans and activities
· Lead awareness activities and team development
· Lead new ways of working to improve business performance highlights business risk arising from change
Requirements
· Strong knowledge of Organisational design and Transformation from an HR Perspective
· Experience and knowledge managing exits across Asia and ME
· Project management skills
· Experience in data management and impactful presentations
· Strong interpersonal skills, confident and ability to work at all levels within a global business environment
· Strict adherence to the requirements of confidentiality. Discretion and integrity essential
· Calm under pressure; ability to re-prioritise in very short timescales.
· Flexibility, tenacity and resilience to deal with business demands during periods of high workload
