We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Hospitality Operations Manager .

In this role you will be responsible for:

·  Catering Governance: Collaborate with the bank's preferred catering suppliers to develop long-term goals and operational strategies for catering services. This process includes the formulation of a sustainable marketing and communication plan for food and beverage services, alongside the establishment of key objectives with quantifiable metrics that encompass Food Quality, Consistency, Timeliness, Cost Management, Pricing Transparency, adherence to budgetary constraints, oversight of supplementary charges, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, Flexibility, Compliance, and Sustainability. Additionally, oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and market trend analysis to foster innovation
·  Process Oversight and Enhancement: Work in conjunction with the bank's preferred catering suppliers to establish and oversee standardized procedures, including food preparation, delivery, and event management. Employ data analysis to identify inefficiencies and enhance productivity, such as minimizing waste and optimizing logistics
·  Quality Control and Compliance: Conduct systematic audits and inspections of catering facilities, suppliers, and employee practices on a regular basis. Proactively address any violations or potential risks, including breaches of food safety protocols or contractual disputes, and liability issues
·  Technology and Innovation: Oversee the adoption of technology (AI-driven) and leverage automation to minimise manual errors and enhance scalability, utilising tools such as catering OS&E inventory management tables, catering dashboards, and wine inventory management tables
·  Team Leadership and Governance: Foster an organisational culture that prioritizes accountability and continuous improvement by designing and implementing co-training programme aimed at reviewing operational alignment and enhancing team skills in critical areas such as food safety, customer service, and crisis management processes
·  Stakeholder Management: Serve as the escalation point for high priority catering operational issues or disputes and participate in all requisite meetings related to catering operations

Requirements

To be successful you will need:

·  A diploma / degree in Food & Beverage, Wine Study, Hospitality Management or related disciplines, with a focus on large-scale operations, and attaining related wine certifications or equivalent to Master Sommelier level is preferred
·  Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrate an expertise in utilising data analysis tools, such as PowerBI, to facilitate informed decision-making processes
·  Initiative: Capable of overseeing multifaceted projects while effectively operating under pressure
·  Organisational & Technical Competencies: Demonstrated attention to detail and superior organisational capabilities. Experience managing catering budgets and cost controls. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint; familiarity with vendor management software, such as Coupa, considered beneficial
·  Interpersonal & Collaborative Skills: Strong strategic thinking, adept conflict resolution, and remarkable communication skills. Exhibits a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adeptly managing complex processes; values teamwork and possesses robust team-building capabilities
·  Business Acumen: Exhibits innovative thinking and a profit-oriented mindset, complemented by strong business acumen
·  Linguistic Abilities: Proficient in both spoken and written English, with proficiency in additional languages considered beneficial
