Role Overview:
• To maximize customer satisfaction and business profitability by facilitating disbursements for cases acquired by the Home Finance sales team
• Helping to administer flow of applications between Sales, Operations & Credit teams ensuring best quality and in line with HBME & Central Bank regulations and policies
• Interacting with customers & Operations to facilitate smooth completion of transaction from Approval through to Disbursement of funds
• Resolving after-sales service customer queries in conjunction with Operations
• Take on all existing mortgage related servicing for the term of the loan such as rescheduling, part payments, closure etc
• Be the first point of contact for Home Finance customers for sales and service at various channels like Branches and Call centre
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective completion of Home Finance transactions (from Offer to Disbursement of funds)
• Closely co-ordinate, liaise and interact with customers, other banks, developers, agents and internal processing teams to ensure smooth flow of transaction and to enable efficient communication/feedback with customers
• Deal professionally and effectively with walk-in customers with maximizing sales opportunities
• Be the subject matter expert and educate branch staff to ensure best customer experience
• Continuously analyze & improve the mortgage operational process and flow by reviewing & enhancing existing flow of files and to identify improvements and oversee implementation
• Identify areas of improvement in terms of file presentation / preparation
• Propose resolution of problem areas & proactively advise Mortgage advisors to minimize discrepancies
• Checking of files for AIP & Offers against the relevant checklist and ensure any discrepancies are resolved before sending file to operations
• Preparing Daily / Weekly and Monthly MI to submit to the senior management
• Managing system issues faced by Home Finance Department by reporting issues, arranging enhancements, follow up, testing, and coordinating with the local IT team and the vendors, when required
• Provide support to the sales team for post sales queries including booking appointments for Developers and Land Department being one point contact to customers post signing of offers
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Experience & Qualifications:
• At least two years of work experience in Retail Banking
• Experience in dealing with HNWI
• Proven track record of successfully operating in sales driven retail environment
• High levels of customer service and customer facing experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
