We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Head of Partnerships.
 
Principal responsibilities
Be responsible for managing all aspects of the businesses in partnership with all third party product providers.
Be the primary contact for the internal and external stakeholders to manage the end-to-end general insurance customer journey and fulfill the general insurance needs of the Bank’s customers.
Work closely with executive leadership team to deliver a globally consistent Proposition to customers and ensure products and services meet HSBC’s standards and policies.
Work with partners and channels to optimize product and channel delivery in order to   meet sales and other performance targets
Ensure quality service delivery of our partners and own governance of the related agreements such as service level and distribution agreements

Desired profile

Requirements
Extensive years of experience in insurance industry, particularly in medical and Property and Casualty insurance
Strong P&L experience with proven record in managing cross-functional teams
Ability in stakeholder and partnership management
Results orientated with proven track record, self-directed, high energy and strong execution capabilities
Strategic thinker with strong customer centric and analytical mind set 
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
