We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Cyber Technical Consulting ASP.
Principal Responsibilities
Role Summary:
· The Head of Cyber Technical Consulting ASP is a senior position with overall accountability to deliver the most complex items in the Bank's Asia Pacific regulatory assessment programme, including the HKMA's Cyber Fortification Initiative (CFI). The book of work includes managing a team (both direct and indirect/virtual) to conduct assessments/Red Team exercises and manage associated remediation.
· As a key member of the Cybersecurity Team, with significant exposure globally and regionally, the role holder must have a proven track record of delivering complex regulatory assessments
· Prior successful Cyber Resilience Assessment Framework (C-RAF) delivery experience (Bank/Assessor/Regulator side) in a senior capacity is essential
Experience Required:
· Experience of regulatory requirements in a large-scale international cyber financial services environment
· Experience in assessing cyber regulatory compliance, especially in Hong Kong and including the Hong Kong Cyber Resilience Assessment Framework (C-RAF) Maturity Assessment and/or iCAST
· Broad understanding of Cybersecurity
· Ability to build strong relationships with key project stakeholders
· Ability to articulate project ideas, status and challenges to project stakeholders and proactively obtain necessary support
· Ability to understand complex problems and figure out actionable plans to achieve end-goal
· Team management experience, ability to negotiate
· Good spoken and written communication and ability to adapt style based on audience (fluent in spoken and written English)
Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor Degree and substantial experience in Cybersecurity in the Financial Services industry
· One or more industry-recognised cybersecurity-related certifications under HKMA's Enhanced Competency Framework on Cybersecurity (such as CISSP) desired
· Lead delivery and operationalisation of the Bank's regulatory assessment book of work including implementation of HKMA's Cyber Fortification Initiative (CFI)
· Lead the project team (across multiple legal entities, functions and time zones) to develop and execute delivery of the project plans, provide mentoring and support
· Provide timely and appropriate updates to regional and global stakeholders; escalate issues in a timely manner to senior management
· Accountable for delivery of the associated remediation from regulatory assessments
