Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF) falls under Commercial Banking. HSBC is the largest trade and receivable finance organisation in the world, offering a comprehensive range of forward-thinking open account supply chain and traditional trade solutions. The bank has been recognised by the industry's most prominent publications and associations for its strength in combining innovation and service excellence with end-to-end customer solutions. HSBC GTRF serves as a core service provider for Commercial (CMB) and Global Banking (GBM) customers.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of GTRF Services Analyst. Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting and analysing the diverse reporting required for GTRF. This involves, regular Management Information reporting for wider GTRF teams across Country, Regional and Global, as well as key Stakeholders.
· Supporting and analysing in varies system support, including daily support, upgrades and testing, and implementation.
· Independent quality assurance activities are required to ensure we are able to efficiently meet customer expectations and our complex and growing compliance requirements.
· Decent knowledge and experience in working with databases and systems, and the capability to work with stakeholders to provide management information, analyse and resolve system problems.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need:
·  Good knowledge and experience in GTRF products, operations and systems
·  An ability to problem solve independently, analyse and think logically to resolve problems and develop solutions.
·  Good understanding of Customer Groups and supporting business initiatives as well as Operational Risk related to the underlying GTRF Transactions
·  Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
·  Strong organizing and time management skills
·  Work independently and quickly, with excellent attention to detail and solutions oriented
·  Good command of spoken and written English
·  Self-motivated with initiatives to take on new and additional responsibilities
·  Superior Excel skills and experience in working with varies systems that support the GTRF business including
