What to expect from the Programme:
During your programme, you will complete four rotations, each lasting six months. The rotations are designed to give you broad experience of your business stream/function and potential international exposure. Set objectives and learning outcomes are defined for each rotation so you can measure your progress.
The programme is dedicated to support the Graduate to develop in the retail banking and wealth management. Over the 2 year period of the program, the Graduate will develop well rounded understanding and experience by completing structured rotations within Retail banking and wealth management, HSBC Operations and the lines of business.

Eligibility Requirements:

We are seeking talented Qatari Nationals who meet the following requirements below:
·  Fluent in English and Arabic
·  Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 2.8/4.0.
·  Knowledge of international business and various industry sectors
·  Exposure to and appreciation of working in a global environment
·  Strong 'team' skills promoting an environment of co-operation and trust, overcoming resistance where encountered
·  Possess analytical and financial skills
·  Good prioritising, organisational and time management abilities
·  Ability to make decisions
·  Demonstrates our values – open, dependable and connected – in your daily work
