Position Purpose:

Manage the administration of the assigned trust portfolio, including trusts in restricted areas, and maintain control of them. Knowledge of the business processes required to address client letters of instruction, collections, third-party procedures, and customer service, as well as the periodic renewal of files in accordance with Article 115 of the Credit Institutions Law, and remediation through various projects. This is in compliance with current legislation and the Trustee Policies and Procedures Manual and group regulations to maintain high-quality customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

·  Management and comprehensive knowledge of the Trusts assigned to the portfolio, including direct customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person and/or virtual meetings.
·  Receiving and verifying client letters of instruction to ensure they contain the minimum required data indicated in the Policies and Procedures Manual.
·  Proceeding with their generation in the Trust System until the corresponding folio is validated, as well as following up on the client's request until the process is completed.
·  Carrying out procedures for trusts in restricted areas (assignments of trustee rights, extensions, extensions, transfers of ownership, and total and/or partial terminations) in a timely manner and in accordance with client needs.
·  Prepare the regulatory report for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) regarding trust operations in restricted areas, as well as monitor the timely submission of notifications to the National Registry of Foreign Investments and the SRE.
·  Manage the collection of trust fees by sending letters and emails to clients, making reminders, and making calls, as well as processing the respective calculations with the fees department, following up on these efforts until the respective payments are received.
·  Regularize trust exceptions by obtaining missing documentation from the files and contacting the client for their recovery. Request or provide documents to clients arising from their requests or internal requirements.
·  Request, review, and return files to the SAVE, as necessary for the daily administration of the Trust Businesses.
·  Send the documentation corresponding to the Trust Businesses to the SAVE (file custodian).
·  Prepare letters of instruction to the notary public for non-monetary transactions and request the preparation of the deed containing the respective legal document.
·  Generate, through the Legal Express System, and follow up with the Legal Department on draft legal documents to be executed at the client's request, as well as on any inquiries regarding matters involving legal acts and/or consequences.
·  Complete integration of files for new trusts.
·  Generate prospects and capture the formalization process in the system.
·  Promote the trust business, search for prospects among the Group's existing clients, and offer trust products to the various business lines that may require our services.
·  Make confirmation calls to clients (CallBack) in compliance with the Group's fraud prevention policies.
·  Monitoring and controlling the powers granted by the Trustee, keeping the Accounting Statements provided by the attorneys up to date and managing their revocations, if necessary, to mitigate risks for the Trustee.
·  Managing the procedures for the Total Termination of Trusts at the client's request, as well as the respective delivery of the entire assets and administrative deregistration.

Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree in Law (3 years of experience)
·  General knowledge of the Trust System, as well as the applicable legislation and regulations, including the Foreign Investment Law and its Regulations regarding Trusts in Restricted Zones
·  Intermediate-advanced English
·  Knowledge and application of the various Policies and Procedures applicable to the area and according to the functions performed
·  Compliance with and accreditation of regulatory courses and assessments in accordance with the institution's training policy.
