Principal Responsibilities:

·  To deliver a high standard of service to customers and to meet their needs with courtesy.
·  To count cash received and to check for forgeries.
·  To count cash/coins paid in/out.
·  To cross-sell bank products whenever opportunities arise.

Information

·  Preferably with general understanding of Banking products / services
·  Possesses basic computer knowledge
·  Customer-service focused mindset
·  Prior banking industry experience would be preferable
·  Good communication skill in English & Chinese is preferred
·  Able to communicate verbally in a clear, concise and convincing manner
