Job description
The GCB4 role of Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) Transformation Programme Manager, CRM and Analytics offers the individual an exciting opportunity to manage high profile projects within the global CRM and Analytics programme across key RBWM market's globally. CRM and Analytics includes the ISST programme, which has delivered c. $150m of revenue over the past 2 years and transformed how RBWM engages with its customers, it also encompasses exciting developments in machine learning and cloud computing and is one of the more innovative areas of RBWM.
As a Programme Manager you will lead a team of highly motivated, capable and committed individuals.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading, defining and owning the programme approach – working collaboratively to identify the right approach and best solution before fully moving into execution
· Aligning change to strategic business goals
· Ensure a clear definition of, and manage early release of business benefits
· Orchestrate and shape rapid change by connecting and collaborating globally, empowering teams and operating as one.
· Work transparently with all stakeholders towards one agreed goal
· Lead your team to deliver against business benefits in line with the programme scope and budget
· Optimise resources to support programme delivery
· Consistent usage of standard methodologies (BTF, Agile), tools (Clarity, GPDM, Jira, MSPS), reporting and use of the Enterprise PMO
· Actively manage execution risk
· Work collaboratively with Technology, drive an understanding of both delivery and on-going costs
Desired profile
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:
· Experience of working in CRM & Analytics
· Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
· Demonstration of commerciality with strong financial acumen
· Successful delivery of large scale complex programmes at pace, developing high performing interchanging teams to support delivery at each stage
· Proven implementation, change management and benefits realisation experience
· Strong knowledge of Programme Management methodologies inc. Agile, and best practice techniques
· Proven experience of leading others and working collaboratively to create an environment that supports and inspires people to develop and deliver
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations
· Dealt effectively with highly complex commercial information and business challenges to create strategic business plans which effectively deliver results
In addition to the details listed above, the ideal candidate will have a track record of:
· PMP training or Certification - Desirable
· Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) - Desirable
The base location of this role is Birmingham. The role requires an element of national travel with the possibility of global travel due to the nature of the role.
