Hang Seng Bank is honorable to join hands with the Hong Kong Government to offer 18-month full-time opportunities for 2022 - 2024 Graduates with range of regional exposures at Hang Seng Bank’s strategic locations in the Greater Bay Area.
Programme Overview
· Duration: 18 months’ full-time employment, with join bank date on or before 31 December 2024
· Work Location: Hong Kong, a minimum of 12 months in GBA cities such as Shenzhen and Guangzhou
We are currently seeking high-calibre individuals to join us as GBA Associate in following line of businesses / functions:
· Global Banking
· Strategic Planning and Corporate Development
· Wealth and Personal Banking
· Customer Propositions and Management
· Transformation & Management
· Strategy and Business Management
As a GBA Associate, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in understanding Hang Seng Bank’s client propositions and the range of product and service offerings available across our retail, commercial, and global banking business in GBA. Your role will involve providing assistance to GBA-related projects by conducting business analysis and executing GBA-related strategies and initiatives. You might be considered for permanent position or employment extension if you are performing well during this programme.
Requirements
Requirements:
· 2022 – 2024 graduates with bachelor’s degrees or above by universities locally or outside Hong Kong and lawfully employable in Hong Kong are eligible for the Scheme
· Able to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges with the ability to safeguard positive attitude under challenging situations and remain open-minded to work with others from diverse cultures
· Able to bring divergent ideas to create new and innovative solutions
· Strong desire to learn and able to work in agile environment
· Advocate of openness, teamwork and integrity
· Proficient in English and Chinese
· Good knowledge of application software (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
