Dynamics CRM Business Analyst

Our technology teams in the UK work closely with HSBC's global businesses to help design and build digital services that allow our millions of customers around the world, to bank quickly, simply and securely. We also run and manage our IT infrastructure, data centres and core banking systems that power the world's leading international bank.
Our multi-disciplined teams include: DevOps engineers, IT architects, front and back end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, as well as project and programme managers.
We work in small, agile DevOps teams with colleagues around the world from our offices at the Bluefin Building in Southwark, our global headquarters in Canary Wharf, and multiple other locations around the UK including Sheffield, Leeds, Barnsley and Birmingham.
Following extensive investment across our Technology and Digital domains and with plans for continued expansion throughout 2019 and beyond, we are currently seeking a number of experienced Dynamics CRM Business Analysts to join HSBC Technology.
Brief overview of the business areas
What you will be doing;
·
Ensuring successful system/solutions deliveries according to agreed timescales and budget
·
Liaising with business stakeholders, transformation, IT teams, requirements, development and support teams
·
Attending and Leading Requirement Workshops
·
Leading and Demoing Show and Tell Sessions
·
Providing differing levels of Support, and help resolve User and Application issues
·
Configuring/Developing user stories, and executing unit test
·
Documenting Design solutions
·
Ensuring that the detailed User Stories and Acceptance criteria are defined and agreed at appropriate level of detail
·
Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy

Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role;
To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the Technology sector with knowledge of the following skills:

Experience in CRM project delivery, CRM Online (Dynamics 365) is preferred
·
Demonstrable knowledge of CRM methodology, and its application within banking industry (e.g. modelling and mapping Business Process, User Journeys, etc.)
·
Financial services experience supporting business stakeholders in large complex change programmes
·
Extensive experience of working on Agile Projects (Scrum, Sprint, etc.)
·
Experience of writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
·
Exposure to all stages of the application development process, from specification & design, development & testing, through to user training and implementation
·
Experience working in relevant environments, i.e. extensive experience working in projects in a global environment preferably in shared services
·
Past working experience in a relevant role and experience within complex IT programmes
·
Multiple strong examples of the delivery of on time and on budget
·
Stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and project implementation.
·
Experience of technology solutions delivery
·
A track record of delivering significant change which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways
·
Contributed productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals
·
A successful track record of delivery of significant and complex business programmes, overcoming challenges to consistently meet/exceed objectives

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/365 Application (Sales, Service, Marketing)
·
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configuration
· Entities
· Forms
· Fields
· Business Rules
· Workflows
· Dashboards
· Business Processes
· In-Built Report Editor
· Data Import Wizard
· etc.
·
Automated Testing (Tosca is preferred)
·
Azure DevOps, JIRA, or something similar
· Microsoft Visio
·
Knowledge of Azure services – nice to have
·
Dynamics CRM Coding (e.g. Plug-Ins, Web Services, WCF, etc.) – nice to have.

These roles will primarily be London site based at our Head Office in Canary Wharf
