We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Full Stack Engineer, Risk Technology .

Principal responsibilities

· Our business mainly analyses Counterparty Credit Risk for monitoring and reporting. The current application has been built on ActivePivot OLAP cube with 3.6TB memory. It is expected the data growth to 90TB memory and migrate OLAP cube to Google Cloud platform with optimal cost.
· Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
· Maintain high standard of software quality within the team by establishing the best practices
· Collaborate the Solution Architect, Vendor consultant and Developer to plan, design, develop, maintain OLAP cube applications built on premise and on cloud.
· Technical design, development, implementation, automation and maintenance of our Counterparty Credit Risk Analytical and Reporting system
· Work with Product Owner in UK and development Pod in HK and Guangzhou in supporting development and testing activities
· Produce test cases, coordinate and conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Test, Operation Acceptance Test and take part of Product Acceptance Test
· Promote and drive the continuous improvement in monitoring and alerting capability and process.
· Investigate and resolve problems arising in connection with IT services
· Expected to work in EU or US time zone per need basis
· Lead and coach to uplift the development capability of junior team members

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University graduate with a degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline
·  Solid professional experience in system development environment, including enterprise scale development using industry best practices.
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  Good communication skill in English and Chinese. Basic knowledge in Mandarin is a plus.
·  Solid knowledge on OLAP Cube, Core Java, Spring framework, Oracle PL, SQL, Linux shell, Git, Maven, Gradle is a must
·  Hands on development experience on SpringBatch, SpringBoot, Restful API, PostgreSQL development is a strong plus.
·  Knowledge on Google Cloud Platform is a strong plus
·  Experience in Agile development methodologies and DevOps Tooling experience, such as Jenkins and Ansible
