WPB Chief of Staff
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Fraud Governance & Business Management Manager .
Principal responsibilities
· To coordinate for governance meetings including deck presentations, minutes and follow up actions.
· To coordinate for fraud control processes and read across of procedure, regulatory and policy changes.
· To manage business control and management tasks, and prepare for write-up for other governance meeting submissions.
Requirements
· University graduate or above, major in risk management will be an advantage.
· Minimum 2 years' experience in risk controls, incident management or governance presentation and preparation.
· With depth knowledge of fraud risk management, incident management, criminal investigation experience, good analytical skill and fraud control operational procedures.
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
