Responsible for compliance with the Know Your Customer (CDD), AML, FATCA, CRS standards for the new client process (onboarding) for the WPB, GPB and RBB segments, covering both local and global HSBC internal policies. (Line of Business Procedures & PLD Compliance Manual), as well as local regulation (article 115 of the Credit Institutions Law); ensuring the implementation of processes with a correct design and operation of controls that help mitigate risks. Responsible for the management and design of E2E flows of important systems for Onboarding, such as Pre-Screening in the PEPs Corporate System, Data Access Layer (DAL) - communication interface between Core and CBOOK systems - CDD GPB.
Requirements
Ø 3-5 years of experience in a related team
Ø Good command of the level of English (Advanced)
Ø Good knowledge of the Group's Operational Risk Framework
Ø Knowledge of the changing regulatory environment, especially in the financial services sector
Ø Leadership, management and coaching skills
Ø Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions.
Ø Highly developed communication, presentation and influencing skill set
Ø Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
Ø Ability to use strong judgment skills to identify and resolve complex problems while respecting deadlines and quality of results.
Ø Coordination and administration of projects and budgets
Ø Ability to communicate information to global and local teams
Ø Advanced database management.
