The responsibility for each of these processes requires:
· Guarantee the correct development of the processes applicable to the accounting record of awarded assets and dación en pago. Ensure and supervise the inventory of awarded assets and their due promotion.
· Ensure that all foreclosed asset transactions comply with HSBC legal and internal regulations. Coordinate the different real estate brokers (brokers), Notaries and institutions such as INFONAVIT and FOVISSSTE.
Ensure notification to the criminal area of any criminal order situation that could affect the awarded properties and make their sale and/or regularization impossible.
· Supervise the process for authorizing deregistration of awarded assets from the inventory because they are considered unsaleable.
· Ensure that the process of allocating expenses, paying fees and verifying advances to suppliers such as brokers and notaries is done in a timely manner.
· Supervise the SETOFF process, guaranteeing that the team in charge carries out in a timely manner the monitoring of accounts, their restriction and the proper application of the amounts reported in the daily monitoring, ensuring that the exercise of this activity is carried out in accordance with HSBC's legal and internal regulations.
· Coordinate the insurance operation process related to: unemployment, death and accidents. From the claim request to obtaining the corresponding final opinion. It will promptly monitor the process carried out by the insurers related to the claim and inform the internal areas of the claims and their status.
