Beijing Office (BJO)
BJO is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, facilitate and lobby for implementation of HSBC’s strategic plans in China at Group, ASP and HBCN levels as well as development plans of HBCN's business.

.                                    

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-      Provide logistic supports and coordination for senior visitors' trip in Beijing;

-      Assist teams on various internal coordination tasks/projects;

-      Maintain office operations of administrative services;

-      Fulfill any ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager and senior management.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferred;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Detail-oriented, good team spirit, and strong sense of responsibility;
Being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Good time management and multi-task handling skills.
