Executive Secretary
Commercial Banking – Wholesale Client Coverage
Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Executive Secretary .
Principal responsibilities
· Provide up-to-date information/sales reports to Head of Corporate Banking for planning ahead of the business strategy with aim to achieve the assigned KPIs
· Assist in information research and co-ordinate with different units of the division/department as well as internal and / or external parties
· Handle telephone calls and messages accurately, promptly and courteously
· Provide administration support to Head of Corporate Banking
· Ensure all control measures are in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and the code of conduct from regulatory bodies
Requirements
· Secondary School or above qualification
· At least 3 years of relevant secretarial experience ideally gained from the banking sector
· Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimum supervisory
· Strong multi-tasking skill with the ability to remain calm and meet tight deadline under pressure
· Proficiency in office software
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
