Duties & Responsibilities
· To provide excellent support to the Head of RBWM UAE and MENA by ensuring the smooth running of the Executive's office and managing the work environment
· Assist in the preparation of meetings and conference materials
· Organise meetings, conferences, workshops and other business related events. Building solid relationships with suppliers to ensure events are always of a high standard and cost effective
· Diary management, booking flights and hotels, arranging complex itineraries and managing agendas for incoming visitors, ensuring cost effectiveness at all times
· Deal with correspondence and queries in the Executive's absence, taking decisions on behalf of the Executive when appropriate
· Ensure compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements
· Ensure all customer complaints are addressed in a timely manner. Communicating with customers where required and assist with the management of complaints
· Take meeting minutes and ensuring the smooth running of weekly team meetings and UAE and MENA RBWM Exco meetings
· Monitor approvals and cost center expenses ensuring records are maintained for audit purposes
· Maintain up to date filling systems (physical and email) to ensure the provision of accurate and up to date information

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience & Qualifications
·  Previous Experience as an EA / PA is a must for this role
·  Knowledge of the RBWM business would be an advantage
·  Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment. Should be able to work calmly under pressure and learn new skills quickly
·  Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to liaise and communicate at a high standard to all levels
·  Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
·  High attention to detail
·  Use of Office products – Power Point, Word, Excel, Advanced Word, Excel, Internet
·  To be proactive and have a “can do” attitude
