We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Executive Assistant .

Principal responsibilities

​Perform general and administrative duties. Proactively solve routine and general office issues

·
Organize calendar appointments, meeting itineraries and coordinates relevant arrangements

·
Prepare reports, letters, organization charts and handle management correspondences, and ensure the confidentiality of reports and other documentation

·
Manage travel arrangements in a timely and effectively manner

·
Maintain effective management and processing of expense claim

·
Reply and attend to enquiries and feedback promptly

·
Assist in operation business management function such as managing headcount request and preparing monthly headcount report

· Supports other related projects and duties as assigned

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
​University degree or extensive equivalent practical experience in financial industry

· 
Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively in English and Cantonese, both oral and written. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

· 
Mature mindset, highly ethical, high attention to detail, proactive, solution orientated and able to work independently

· 
Solid planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands and communicate this effectively

· 
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

· 
Strong collaborative management skills with various stakeholders

· 
Ability to work under time pressure
