Business Descriptor:

Role holder will assist head of digital business and partnerships and will manage digital customer journeys and data analytics initiatives for commercial banking.

Principal Responsibilities:

Ø  Assist the data and analytics and digital business teams in new initiatives and change management

Ø  Work with internal stake holders to understand customer journeys, identify with partners sources of data, extract unstructured raw data, cleanse data and deliver structured data outputs.

Ø  Help bank in digital product and process governance, leading submissions in risk forums, tracking compliance and regulatory changes linked to data and digital initiatives.

Ø  Lead POC’s with partners on data and digital initiatives, track outcomes of rule-based approvals, track credit and non- financial risk automation outcomes and lead forum for change and impact assessment.

Ø  Work with global risk analyst on credit model testing and co-ordinate with partners on data / model outcome.

Ø  Map process flows, current and future state journey maps in coordination with product teams and transformation team.

Ø  Work with business teams to track business outcomes on digital and data initiatives, work with marketing team on digital events with partners and digital marketing initiatives.

Ø  Role holders is expected to assist Head of digital business and partnerships in new initiatives including but not limited to:

o   Work with regulator, partners in sandbox initiatives to test and validate new business opportunities.

o   Identify and implement new solutions from government tech infrastructure and India stack.

o   Work on digital solutions for co-lending, priority sector lending and other initiatives.

Ø Partner with FinTech’s to grow, monitor or build efficiencies.

Requirements

Essential:  

·  Minimum of 5-10 years proven and progressive corporate banking experience or equivalent
·  Strong knowledge of the Indian digital ecosystem, fin-techs, new economy and emerging themes
·  Background of having done a variety of corporate banking transactions and digital projects
·  Have a demonstrated track record of managing fintech relationships
·  Comprehensive knowledge of sector trends and regulatory environment
·  Proven track record of working with fintech/ start ups in digital business, data led solutions
·  Strong organisational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills
·  Extensive knowledge and proven sales success with the Bank’s products and services, or equivalent
·  Credit training and equivalent experience
·  In-depth knowledge of regulations impacting the business and the lending and credit approval process
·  Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external stake holders
Additional Information  
·  Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
