We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Analytics - WHOLESALE CDAO OFFSHORE - GUANGZHOU.

Principal responsibilities

·  Develop and maintain tracking report, dashboard & self-served data tools to enable effective monitoring and evaluation of key business indicators.
·  Deliver new automated processes to streamline regular reports.
·  Support on ad-hoc business analytics requests.
·  Assist to improve data flow management, data quality and analytic tools / framework.

Requirements

·  University degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Computing, Data Science or a related discipline.
·  Minimum 3 years' business analytics, data analytics, database management, software engineering or system development.
·  Proficiency in analytics programming languages such as Python, SAS, SQL, or others is essential. Familiarity with Big Query and cloud-based analytics platforms would be beneficial.
·  With experience on visualizing tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikSense or Looker) is an added advantage.
·  With knowledge of commercial banking would be a plus.
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
·  Strong commitment in taking new challenges, self-motivation and creativity.
·  Good communication, analytical and project management skills.
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
