Customer Service Representative, Whiteley
£19,291 (£16,883 base salary + company funded BUPA and 10% core pension contributions)

Desired profile
Our contact centre is opened between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and you will work an eight-hour shifts over 35 hours weekl
You'll play a key role within one of our UK Contact Centres, speaking to existing customers and helping them with their servicing enquiries, delivering an excellent service. It's all about taking personal ownership for our customers' issues – understanding their unique situations and reacting with efficiency, fairness and positivity to maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services.
If you're a customer-focused individual, ready to go above and beyond to make banking better, this is a great opportunity, in an exciting, team environment that prioritises service – not sales. You'll also support your colleagues by coaching and guiding less experienced team members, and identifying opportunities to improve our existing processes. We're looking for driven professionals, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships, as an ambassador for HSBC.
