Customer Services Assistant – Trade Middle Office, Global Trade & Receivables Finance

In this role, you will:
Provide a high level of service to customers whilst minimizing operational errors and losses, primarily through pre-processing of documents and preparation of outgoing advices, monitoring and approving transactions.
Liaise with internal and external customers on non-routine matters via client services where appropriate.
React promptly to requests received from GTRF Sales/Relationship managers and client services in respect of the processing of client transactions.
Ensure our customers receive a quality service at all times
What do I need to be successful in this role?
Excellent attendance, time keeping, reliability and enthusiasm are all essential skills for this role.

Awareness of Banks business strategy .
Good technical and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and organise and to communicate at all levels
Ability to develop good working relationships with customers (both Internal and External)
Knowledge of Trade and/or Guarantees experience is not essential, all you need is customer service experience, we can offer you full training on the job!
