In this role, you will:
Provide a high level of service to customers whilst minimizing operational errors and losses, primarily through pre-processing of documents and preparation of outgoing advices, monitoring and approving transactions.
Liaise with internal and external customers on non-routine matters via client services where appropriate.
React promptly to requests received from GTRF Sales/Relationship managers and client services in respect of the processing of client transactions.
Ensure our customers receive a quality service at all times
