We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Customer Service Manager in our new Highpoint branch..

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Providing leadership to front-line staff in the form of sales management, performance management, team-building, coaching and training.
· Ensuring all direct reports receive appropriate training certification and guidance.
· Driving cross sales and portfolio growth within your branch.
· Monitoring and supervising all transactions and procedures, ensuring adherence to Business standards and policies.
· Acting as the local compliance representative where required, managing communication in regards to compliance matters and implementing and monitoring compliance policies and procedures.
· Managing operational risk within the branch, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control.
· Assisting the Branch Manager in setting team targets and ensuring they are met.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need:
·  Relevant tertiary qualification.
·  Previous Relationship Management experience within Personal Banking, including management of your own client portfolio
·  A minimum of 2-3 years personal lending products experience
·  A proven track record of working to and achieving sales and revenue targets
·  Superior customer service skills, including the ability to successfully target and manage high net worth clients.
·  Exceptionally strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
