As a part of our Group Service Center Team, your key responsibilities are –
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
· Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures
· Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries Maintain highest standards of audit and compliance requirements
· To acquire detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards
· Acquire knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes.

Qualifications - External
· Excellent English communication skills
· Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
· Good keyboard skills
· Flexibility to work in shifts
· Graduation with 0-4 years of experience.
· Freshers are welcome to apply.
· BPO experience can be added advantage
