Customer Service Advisor, M&S Bank, Chester Contact Centre
£16,500 base salary
This exciting opportunity is supported with an attractive reward package.
Shifts:- 1 week of 09:15-17:00 and 1 week of 14:15-22:00, with 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday a month.

Desired profile
You'll play a key role within our UK Contact Centre, speaking to existing customers and helping them with their servicing enquiries, delivering an excellent service. It's all about taking personal ownership for our customers' issues – understanding their unique situations and reacting with efficiency, fairness and positivity to maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services.
If you're a customer-focused individual, ready to go above and beyond to make banking better, this is a great opportunity, in an exciting team environment. You'll also support your colleagues by coaching and guiding less experienced team members, and identifying opportunities to improve our existing processes. We're looking for driven professionals, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships, whilst being an ambassador for M&S Bank.
