Retail Banking and Wealth Management roles in Guernsey

We're currently hiring for roles from entry level right through skilled advisors. Whichever level you join us at, you can look forward to plenty of avenues to progress your career. Depending on your unique skills and ambitions, that could mean training toward an industry-recognised diploma, gaining international exposure or taking on new responsibilities with support from engaging colleagues from a diverse range of backgrounds. What we're looking for in you
We're most interested in people with a genuine desire to influence the future of banking in the local community. Specific skills and knowledge required will vary depending on each role. Whichever role you choose though, you'll need excellent customer service skills, as well as the confidence to take ownership of a broad range of finance responsibilities. Ideally, you'll also have relevant experience within the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or a similar environment.
