Outcome Assessment Manager

We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our Collections and Recoveries Outcome Testing team.

In this role, you will:

·
Co-ordinate and manage outcome testing evaluations and reviews

·
Have responsibility for the Training and Development of new Collections outcomes testing Agents and Review Managers

·
Assess and audit the end to end thematic and random reviews, ensuring the reviews are undertaken to the highest standards in line with Local Quality Standards and Regulatory Requirements;

·
Support decisions through advice, counsel or services in area of specialisation;

·
Be accountable for delivery against prescribed targets, responsible for volume, quality, and timeliness of end results.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

· 
Collections knowledge of products processes and procedures

· 
Planning and organising / time management skills (essential);

· 
Experience of using relevant software packages, i.e. Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) (essential)

· 
Ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks (essential)

· 
Able to communicate at all levels & be a confident decision maker (essential)

· 
Project management skills and experience (desirable);

· 
Previous experience in a banking environment and change projects within the financial services industry (desirable)

The base location for this role is Birmingham
