Our Markets business is one of the largest of its kind in the world. It combines sophisticated 24- hour global coverage with a detailed knowledge of local markets. We specialise in foreign exchange, credits and rates, structured derivatives, equities and debt, equity and equity-linked capital markets.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Corporate Treasury Solutions .
Principal responsibilities
· Provide Corporate Treasury Solutions services and capabilities and ensure seamless support for external clients and internal Global Markets Corporate Services teams
· Ownership of the growth of revenue for existing and new clients in the Strategic and Focus service tier
· Drive a customer service oriented culture, meeting or exceeding expected customer experience and quality goals without compromising regulatory imperatives
· Ensure effective communication and understanding of the strategic transformation and agenda across key stakeholder groups at a global, regional and country level
· Support the growth of the execution capability of the business to ensure delivery of initiatives
· Maintain awareness of the applicable regulatory and business environment, including understanding audit, tax and legal implications and changes as they affect the customers and the Bank
· Collaborate with other internal stakeholders, including Corporate Risk Solutions, Thought Leadership, Corporate Treasury Solutions, Trading, and Structuring

Requirements
·
Experienced Sales Coverage of People's Republic of China Clients
·
Fluent Mandarin speaker
·
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
·
Significant sales experience in a markets function. Level of experience to be commensurate with the role band
·
Robust track record in dealing with a diverse and international group of stakeholders
·
Analytical aptitude in accordance with demands of the role, including size of the organization, business knowledge process, compliance and risk nature of the function, intensity and diversity of change, competitive landscape for resources
·
Strong understanding of the Corporate Sales business, its products, clients, systems and key processes
·
Good understanding of Capital Markets, covering foreign exchange instruments, including Spot, Options, Swaps, Forwards and Futures, and interest rate derivatives and an ability to understand and manage a diverse and sometimes complex, product set, with experience in event driven transactions

Hold relevant exams and qualifications to satisfy local market regulations for non advisory sales and trading activities

Ability to construct and execute a business plan
·
Ability to translate market needs into marketable solutions for clients Strong communication, negotiation and influencing and presentation skills
·
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
·
Excellent spoken and written English skills
