We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Corporate Cards Assistant Manager, BB - GLCM
The Corporate Cards Assistant Manager will build valuable relationships and support the growth in the BB segment. You will support the Relationship Managers with their portfolios by providing GLCM product & services solutions, whilst taking responsibility for growing revenues and manage the risks associated with GLCM product solutions.
In this role, you will:
Provide GLCM products and services to Business Banking clients in a Relationship Managers Portfolio to increase revenues
Undertake quality, in-depth Know Your Customer (KYC) & Sales Suitability conversations to ensure the solutions are right for the client and to mitigate any associated risks
Proactively work on the growth initiatives within the Business Banking segment to tight deadlines engaging with Relationship Managers and Clients
Act as a point of contact to Clients ensuring their queries are answered within a timely manner

Excellent written and spoken communication skills with an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
Contribute productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals
Proven experience of making prompt and practical business decisions, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives and taking responsibility for outcomes coupled with Sales experience
This role is based at DeMontford Street, Leicester
