We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:
•    Support the Head of Internal Communications to develop and implement communications plans and activities supporting HSBC’s strategy and business priorities within Digital IT and Investment Banking IT, specifically owning, planning and delivering all Digital IT and Global Banking IT-wide meetings
•    Support India local leadership’s communication and engagement activities.
•    Support the global people programme (Future Fit 25) with communication and engagement activities.
•    Contribute to the development of internal communications narratives and help manage the planning and delivery of colleague content and campaigns, including key messages, collateral and measurement, specifically the research, development and publication of team/colleague success stories and achievements, as well as award applications based on that research.
•    Provide counsel to business stakeholders, influencing their thinking on strategic communications and coaching them on delivery and story-telling.
•    Rigorous use of best practice measurement and insight (including employee engagement data) to inform activities and ensure focus on business outcomes.
•    Contribute to channel strategy and roadmap including development of innovative new internal communications products, techniques and channels.
•    Support the strategy and management of global communications channels including digital workplace (intranet, mobile, internal social media) as well as dedicated channels (newsletters, reoccurring series, events, etc.) and social media posting.  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•    Strong internal communications skills, including content writing, content creation (including design) and event management
•    Experience in organising employee engagement activities
•    Experience with internal communication tools for internal social, video editing, graphic design
•    Ability to develop and act upon measurement and employee insight to improve their communications
•    Knowledge/experience of banking IT or financial services IT
•    Drive to constantly build new capabilities and enhance their knowledge
