We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. 

Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities

The job holder will have to perform the following duties in our team:

·  Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business users' requirements.
·  Conduct system tests, user acceptance tests and provide support on system implementation.
·  Ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.

Requirements

·  Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills.
·  excellent team player with ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
·  Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and working in an Agile Team.
·  Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English.
·  Great experience in Java development, react, HTML, CSS, etc, and experience API design.
·  Experience working with modern architectures (e.g. automation, cloud-based, microservices-based) in a DevOps environment is highly desirable.
·  Fully understand HSBC systems landscape and their functional model, especially group systems.
