We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

The Software Development Engineer in Performance Testing is responsible for requirements, traceability, designing, and executing complex performance test strategies and plans for Products/Services. This role includes the following activities:  

·  Develop and maintain performance test scripts, testing tools, frameworks, or platforms using industry-standard tool kits and technologies.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance test requirements, approach, develop test strategy, and plan.
·  Execute test cases, report test defects to the development team, analyze test results, and provide recommendations for improving product or service performance.
·  Work with technical teams (e.g. development, database, infrastructure) to identify the bottlenecks, assist on resolving performance defects and address in a timely manner prior to implementation.

Requirements

·  Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, and SQL.
·  5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer in development.
·  1+ years of experience in automation testing, performance testing, etc.
·  Experience with automation testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Postman, Selenium, etc.
·  Experience with GitHub Copilot is preferred.
·  Familiarity with distributed system architecture and cloud-native architecture.
·  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
·  Effective collaboration and communication skills in English.
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
