We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist .
Business: Wholesale Technology
Principal responsibilities
· Manage multiple projects in Scrum with scrum master responsibilities. Project management skills.
· Proven track record of IT delivery across numerous large projects.
· Play critical role in project and resource prioritization (e.g. PI Planning) along with IT and Business stakeholders.
· Hands on experience on E2E delivery on some large scale Infra related projects, like service evergreen projects, Mango DB, MQ upgrade etc.
· Co-ordination of activities across multiple IT teams in multiple locations and time zones.
· Experience of managing development of enterprise application using Agile methodology.
· Strong understanding of stakeholder management, within the business and IT.
· Facilitate meetings to drive out tasks, dependencies, risks, and mitigations from business and IT stakeholders.
· Keeping track of budget and schedule for the project lifecycle.
· Identifying risks and escalating issues on time, to the right stakeholders and mitigating risks.
· Identifying crisis situations during project lifecycle and handling favorably for the project.
· Own the project issues and ensure its resolution by engaging appropriate teams.
· Participating in review over key project documents like Initial Request, Clear-choices, Solution Proposal, Test Strategy, etc.
· To receive and challenge estimates from all IT stakeholders and coming up with project plan for project delivery.
· Identify and engage all necessary stakeholders for the project.
Requirements
· Good understanding of Web Technologies and understanding of emerging trends and technologies i.e. Knowledge in MQ, Mango DB, Kafka, Java, Maven,
· Jenkins, Micro Service Architecture, AWS, ALI cloud, GCP etc..
· Strong English Communication and analytical skills are a must for working in a complex global team environment.
· Strong technical aptitude.
· Willing to work extra hours and in different time zones.
· Maintain a good report with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Maintain a good relationship with the teammates.
· Willing to share best practice to help uplift the skills for the whole team.
