Collections Advisor

Job description

The Collections Advisor role is situated within our Collections team in Birmingham and will focus on maximising the recovery of outstanding debts from existing and former customers using effective negotiation and settlement techniques. At all times you will keep treating customers fairly at the heart of everything you do.
 
To apply for this role, you need to genuinely want constant contact with customers and be able to communicate professionally in English.
 
The shift pattern for the role will be variable to cover the hours of Mon-Thur 8am-9m Fri 8am-6pm Sat 8am-4pm working 35 hours per week.
 
The salary for this role will be £16,640
 
On a day-to-day basis, you will:  

Communicate and negotiate with customers to resolve overdue accounts
Respond to customer concerns and solve complex queries.
Successful roles holders will be confident, outgoing and resilient and will be able to quickly establish rapport with customers and build lasting relationships. The ability to persevere in challenging situations and work as part of a team will be essential.

The role will be based in Birmingham (Camden House East)
