We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Senior Software Engineer

·  Supporting and developing a mainframe-based applications within Germany Core Banking area.
·  Working with existing team and will be part of both development and production support activities.
·  Development of the Core Banking applications using Cobol, JCL, CICS, VSAM.
·  Build knowledge of the application, to support the global business locations and ensure production stability

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Proven experience in mainframe application development and support.
·  Knowledge of Cobol, JCL, CICS, VSAM, MQ..etc.
·  Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
·  Knowledge of full development life cycle from requirements gathering through to deployment and support.
·  Ability to work on Agile methodology.
·  Ability to work in Germany Development team and different time zones.
·  Knowledge of core banking domain.
·  Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded and able to work as part of a team
