Job description
The role of the Client Service Associate is to provide client service support to
high-value Global Liquidity & Cash Management (GLCM) clients, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and HSBC offers a superior service to that of our competitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with Client and the key HSBC stakeholders
· Accountability for delivering Client Service excellence globally effectively managing any risks and issues
· Identifying and introducing service improvements to improve the overall client experience
· Interacting with other Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) units including clients, global service teams, Sales, Product Management and other elements of Client Management.
· Supporting new and existing colleagues promoting and contributing to an engagement culture
Desired profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
· Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. professional services, banking
· Role relevant qualifications, i.e. Degree
· A flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way
· Consistently achieved objectives set for them and taken action to improve their own performance
· Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of sharing information effectively, in a clear, concise and professional manner
· Contributed productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals
The base location for this role is Park Street, London.
