We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Selection Exit Management Officer - SG WPB NFR UTILITY.

Principal responsibilities

·  The In-Country Client Selection Exit Management (CSEM) will be responsible for obtaining all required customer information as part of the Build The Case stage of the exit process. They will coordinate with other stakeholders (including branch, Compliance, Legal, Customer Experience Team & cross border teams) to ensure a complete relationship view on the customer is provided. They will be responsible for ensuring appropriate and adequate information is gathered for submission to In-Country Client Selection Committee (CSC). 
·  Deliver a global client exit policy and process which can be implemented in a sustainable and consistent global manner across all of HSBC.
·  Receiving, logging and tracking incoming triggered cases.
·  Analysing the triggered cases to ensure the validity of the trigger.
·  Assist to manage triggered cases inputting findings into the Case Management tool (UCM-CS)
·  Support of the team in conducting the product searches and reaching out to product areas to determine the extent of the customer’s relationship with the bank when required.
·  Identifying the connected parties of the triggered customers to provide a complete overview to the CSC for decision-making.
·  Identifying the complexities and constraints to exit customers at a product level (that will include identifying if the customer is a Potential Vulnerable Customer).
·  Conduct customer searches using the tool provided (Customer Footprint) to identify any cross border and cross line of business relationship.
·  Assist in ensuring cases flow through the exit management process in line with SLAs and timelines outlined in the Guidebook.
·  Perform the execution stage of all exit or restrict activity, which should be carried out as per CSC instruction.
·  Facilitate local execution of Quality Control and Quality Assurance results along with associated remediation.
·  Facilitate local execution of the process in an operationally effective manner using automated tools that generate consistent and quality Management Information, enabling efficient resources allocation against a blueprint, and support cross border and cross business line decisioning and execution. Ensures a local resourcing model is maintained by all relevant parties in the process.

Requirements

·  High level understanding of all types of financial crime and reputational risk.
·  Familiarity with Retail banking and financial services products.
·  Ability to work with various stakeholders to manage the CSEM processes.
·  Experience of case work with strong judgmental.
·  Strong communication skills, team player.
·  A keen eye for detail, together with strong administrative and organizational skills.
·  Able to work independently and self-initiative.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
