Job Introduction

Banking professional who will be responsible for managing servicing for SME and Startup clients .

Principal Responsibilities

Providing excellent service to the BB Customers by managing their Transactional, Account Servicing and online banking and Mobile Banking requirements. Trade net requirements and all other service requirements of the Transaction banking ,lending and startup clients . Managing regulatory submission, deadlines, communication, recording and managing internal Complaint management procedures, policies with regard to Client servicing and banking servicing needs.
liaising with the internal product partners, operations and stake holders for executing the Customer servicing and Transactional requirements.
Digital migration of customers from manual mode.
Managing the client expectation and servicing with customer centricity is the key responsibility.
Adhering to the all internal process, procedure, SOP and Compliance guidelines applicable to the above role.

Requirements

·  Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher

Additional Information  

·  Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
