The Client Services Manager (CSM) position focuses on proactive customer engagement with Global Payment Solutions (GPS) products. The responsibilities require the candidate to own and build relationships with customers and have a solid understanding of the Cash Management solutions to ensure customer's success on various service and product-related offerings. The CSM achieves this success by providing optimal customer experience, thus impacting their business with use of products and technologies.

In this role, you will partner with a set of designated customers throughout their Cash Management journey. You will need to advocate and articulate customer demands inside HSBC and its associated partners. At this role you will own technical and eventually C-level relationship with customers on different stages of their HSBC Global Payments Solutions journey.

Responsibilities



·  Provide daily support to customers, facilitating their journey using HSBC Internet Banking, Investment, Treasury, and others GPS Cash Managements Products.
·  Manages the accountability and growth for both GPS services and customers.
·  Develop and maintain relationships with clients and third parties.
·  Plan and deploy account governance activities to optimize the support provide to our customers.
·  Assure and improve the quality of the service and maintain accurate account information.
·  Identify business opportunities which meets customer’s needs to contribute proactively to the line of business.

Requirements

Requirements

·       +2 years experience in bank and financial institutions

·       Bachelors in finance, Business Administration or Finance

·       Fluent English

·       Spanish is a plus

·       Desirable technical skills:

o   Knowledge in payments and collection files - Local (CNAB) and Global format (XML). 

o   Corporate Cards
