Role Purpose
· The role of the Transformation Change and Implementation Lead is to support change programmes, to successfully define, deliver and embed that change, helping HSBC achieve its strategic goals.
· The Transformation Change and Implementation Lead may have line management responsibility for junior staff and may indirectly manage change or project teams.
· The Transformation Change and Implementation Lead will hold most or all of these responsibilities:
· Develop change solutions, designs or options that are focused on successful change embedding
· Ensure that audience change impacts and reactions are analysed and change interventions identified to manage those impacts and reactions across HSBC
· Identify and mitigate key Transformation Change and Implementation risks
· Identify opportunities for early realisation of benefits
· Influence and manage stakeholders and sponsor relationships in leading the change and achieving the benefits.
· Work with the programme team and sponsor to ensure Transformation Change and Implementation is embedded with that programme.
· Support the Transformation Leadership Team with key change information to help support portfolio management.
· Facilitate stakeholders through decisions, consulting them, influencing them and by resolving conflicts

· Work with stakeholders to ensure understanding of the change vision and to ensure impacted stakeholders active in key decisions
· Ensure the business is prepared for the change, including ensuring that impacted individuals have the capability to do things differently
· Drive early business ownership of the change
· Ensure the business is supported as appropriate post-delivery of the change
· The Transformation Change and Implementation Lead will hold most or all of these responsibilities:
