The Change Delivery Business Analyst role is based within the Europe Risk Change Delivery Team.
 
The role of the Change Delivery Business Analyst is to Business Analysts work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and defining design options. In systems related projects and programmes, the role holder will support Software Delivery and IT Operations with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs, often representing the voice of the customer and business in these discussions.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

Activities span from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organisation alignment)
Tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback
Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change ‘product’, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimising risk during deployment
Implementation activities will also include managing implementation readiness and managing the early stages of implementation (e.g. pilot)

Desired profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e.  Very strong knowledge of the external environment –regulatory, political, competitors etc.
Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Proven track record as an outstanding analyst, consultant and/or project manager
Role relevant qualifications, i.e. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)–Expected to work towards qualification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Willingness to undertake the training/study required in this role, i.e.  Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) if not already held
Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e.  Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise
Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects is desirable but not essential"
Role relevant qualifications, i.e. Degree in Business Information Systems or a related field –Differentiator
Degree in business administration / management / economics, engineering and science –Differentiator is desirable but not essential
Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Experience of managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills is desirable but not essential
A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
Planned projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities, using a variety of analysis and problem solving techniques
Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery
