This position will play a vital role in performing Enhanced Customer Due Diligence activities required within the RBWM Business. You will engage in high risk customer reviews and remediation work.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
· Identify potential risks or issues and provide feasible solutions and alternatives.
· Understand and analyse solutions provided by delivery partners to ensure integrity of solution and any risk or impact is manageable
· Adhere to processes and controls to identify and mitigate risks and ensure timely escalation of control issues and reputation risks.
· Maintain HSBC internal control standards and addresses audit points and/or any issues raised by regulators in a timely manner.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need:
·  Degree qualification is desirable
·  2+ years working experience in Banking or Financial services
·  Good knowledge on products and processes in Retail Banking, in particular on customer KYC and KYB Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions
·  Strong analytical skills and good eye for details
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills
·  High degree of credibility and integrity
