Role Overview
To provide effective, timely and accurate executive and administrative support to the MENAT Head of Security Risk in addition to providing administrative support to the Domain Heads within MENAT Security Risk
Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive management and executive support to Global and MENAT Head of Transaction Monitoring with a considerable degree of motivation and sensitivity to ensure all aspects of the role are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
· Support the wider Transaction Monitoring team with administrative tasks such as expenses, invoicing, MEM recharges and travel bookings.
· Optimise customer satisfaction by understanding the needs of internal and external customers thus contributing towards the overall perception of Security Risk and the Bank as a whole.
· Execution and delivery of routine tasks and carry out the duties of Executive assistant / business support in a professional and organised manner.

Qualifications :
Experience & Qualifications
· Mandatory - PA Experience of 3+ years
· Mandatory - Fluent in English (written and verbal)
· Mandatory - Excellent PC skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
· Strong written Communication skills
· Strong Interpersonal Skills
· Strong Organisational Skills
· Preferred - General knowledge of accounting
